Performance Schedule

The University of Oklahoma School of Dance welcomes you to our 2024-2025 season of exciting performances, guest artists in residence, workshops, auditions and special events.

We hope you will join us at one of this season's spectacular performances or delightful special events!

For performance tickets, contact the box office at 405-325-4101, Monday through Friday 11:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. or starting one hour before show time.

On-Demand videos of performances are available starting approximately two weeks after the show has closed and will remain available for three months.

Oklahoma Festival Ballet

Spend an enchanted and captivating evening taking in the artistry of Berio Suite by American choreographer William Forsythe, a stunning excerpt from Whereabouts Unknown by Jiří Kylián and the magic of Mary Margaret Holt's The Nutcracker, Act II.  In addition, premieres by guest choreographer Rena Butler and School of Dance choreographer Glenn Edgerton will stir emotions and contribute to a memorable and moving evening with their original works.

Young Choreographers’ Showcase

Be delighted and inspired as School of Dance student choreographers present original dance works for the OU stage. In creative collaboration with Helmerich School of Drama lighting design students, these young artists bring creative and thought-provoking energy to each production.

Contemporary Dance Oklahoma

In an exciting multi-faceted production, Contemporary Dance Oklahoma explores the power of contemporary dance and breathtaking storytelling on stage, including works by Guggenheim Fellowship recipient and American dance artist Netta Yerushalmy. Emerging immersive choreographers Baye & Asa join OU School of Dance professional faculty choreographers Austin Hartel, Leslie Kraus, and Roxanne Lyst to complete this innovative production.
